Returns and Exchanges:
- In-Stock merchandise in its original condition may be returned or exchanged for up to 7 days from delivery with a 10% restocking fee and a pickup fee.
- Fees will be waived if the item(s) being returned is brought to the store by the customer.
- All Special Orders may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
- Clearance and “As-Is” merchandise may not be returned or exchanged and must be inspected at the time of purchase. These items are “as-is” and will not be touched up due to the significant markdown accommodating for the item’s conditions.
- All mattress sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged once picked up or delivered except by manufacturer exchange policies.
