Stocking Merchandise: Swann's will accept returns and exchanges of stocking merchandise up to 7 days after the delivery date. A delivery fee will be charged for all return deliveries.
Custom Orders: Due to the nature of Custom Orders being made to your specifications, they may not be cancelled or returned.
Bedding: Mattresses and box springs that are not defective may not be returned for comfort reasons. Swann's will gladly exchange your bedding in the event of a defect that meets the manufacturer's guidelines and warranty. Mattresses must be protected by a mattress pad and be in the condition as originally delivered in order for the manufacturers to honor their warranty policy. Law tags MUST remain on the mattress and box springs to claim warranty service. Please contact us for additional mattress warranty questions.
